The legendary beast that travels the land at incredible speed, devouring everything in it's path. If you didn't pay attention in school, have no fear. It doesn't really matter.

What you really need to know is the BanderSnatch is a gear-specific, 29er, with all the fixins at a price the wife will never even notice.

New for '08, the BanderSnatch has made it through the "Apollo Creed treadmill routine" and is now stronger and fitter than ever before. Every inch has been further refined and optimized to provide an even more laterally stiff frame, while retaining the signature Vassago compliance over the rough stuff.

Thanks to the new "SupaFly" dropouts and refined internal butting, the BanderSnatch boasts an even stiffer rear end and bottom bracket while retaining it's svelte 5lb figure.

  • Vassago 29er specific, rust treated Rtech tubing
  • Vassago Wet Cat Geometry
  • All new Vassago SupaFly dropouts with replaceable CNC derailleur hanger
  • Unique one piece integrated brake mount for use with larger rotors
  • Even more laterally stiff bottom bracket
  • Same mind-boggling rear end compliance over the bumpy stuff
  • Beefy headtube Gusset
  • Clean disc-only seat stays
  • 3 inches of clearance between the stays for muddy, meaty knobbies

Available in Reactor Green or Phantom Silver. Beotch.

What size is right for you?
Nothing compares to test riding a bike, and we strongly urge you to do that. The Vassago feel is our best feature! But if you can't throw a leg over first, here are some sizing recommendations.

16" Frame - 5'4" to 5'9"
18" Frame - 5'10" to 6'1"
20" Frame - 6'2" to 6'4"

Hater Disclaimer
Any one frame dimension doesn't denote a specific handling characteristic. Vassago frames use unorthodox (by 26" standards) designs to achieve a balanced 29er like no other. In short, Don't knock it till you ride it.
